This lot of Bicentenary Statehood plate no. blocks includes New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, also known as the tri-state area. They commemorate the founding of each state, in July 1788, Dec. 1787, and Dec. 1787, respectively. If a part of a block looks blurry, it's because the corner turned up in the scanner, and not b/c of wear. These are MNH and unfolded. The scans are of the actual stamps you will receive. They will ship Free along with cardboard to help prevent bending. Scott's #2346, #2338 and #2337.
