This beautiful costume features a blue velvet top with attached lycra leotard and empire waist skirt made with a two toned blue tulle. Skirt moves beautifully as dancer moves. Straps are not attached so purchaser can sew them where they will fit best for the person wearing the costume. I tied them together as a haulter top and wore once for a photoshoot.
Great for a lyrical solo! All the different shades of blue look so nice together! I tried to capture the details in the pictures and included a size chart.
