Extremely rare fine mineral specimen of sparkling purple creedite from the San Antonio Mine in Santa Eulalia, Mexico. A fully natural, high quality rosette shaped cluster of druzy, radiating creedite in a dreamy hue of lavender purple. Creedite is a complex mineral that forms from metamorphic rock as a fluorite oxidation in fluorite ore deposits. The crystals form in radial needle-like rosette spray aggregations or “starbursts" and it's mostly seen in the orange variety. Purple is incredibly scarce and highly collectible. This 360, raw specimen of enjoined creedite crystals have an aesthetic, sculptural form. The Mexican piece makes
a perfect sized display in multiple directions. Measures approx 4 by 3.5 by 3 cms and includes the ID / locale info tag.
