* I bought this new and used it for a while then we ended up moving
* I couldn't find it so I bought a different one then found this one recently as I was unpacking more stuff
* this works great and can hold paper tape rolls up to 3" wide
* it has a water reservoir under the black roller that you fill before using
* when you pull the tape through the dispenser and under the black roll, the tape gets wet and the adhesive is activated
* there's an attached blade to cut the tape then you just apply the tape to your box
* no paper tape is included but it's cheap on Amazon & eBay
* there is a little rust on the metal posts that hold the black roller in place but it doesn't affect use
