Beautiful pair of vintage slag glass pieces, featuring unique marbled swirls of color that make each one-of-a-kind. Slag glass, popular in the early 1900s, is known for its distinctive streaked patterns.

(Left) This is a small green and white slag glass compote or toothpick holder, Akro Agate, dating from the 1930s–40s. It features a scalloped rim, bulbous midsection with beaded-style accents, and a hexagonal pedestal base. The green slag swirls are classic Akro marbling—no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
• Height: ~3.5 inches
• Width (rim): ~3 inches
• Base: ~2 inches across

(Right) This is a white slag glass tumbler or small vase with bold red swirls, octagonal in shape. Akro Agate The red-on-white pattern is less common than standard green or purple slag, giving it extra appeal. Pieces like this were often sold as small table vases, utility tumblers, or novelty pieces.
• Height: ~3.5 inches
• Width (rim): ~3 inches
• Base: ~2.75 inches across (octagonal)
