2023 LEGO Friends Heartlake Downtown Diner building set, #41728.
This set will not come with any LEGO mini figures or their accessories.
This set is only missing ONE piece, the grey Bracket 2 x 2 - 1 x 2 Centered piece (6258820).
Instead, the set will come with two replacement pieces to fill in that gap so that one of the set's signs can be attached and the set can still be completed. Those pieces are one white Hinge 1 x 2 top (3939), and ome additional grey Hinge Plate 1 x 2 "2 Fingers on End Hollow Studs" (30383). See last photo.
No instructions included, but those can be easily found on the LEGO website.
Used, but this is in good overall condition.
